About the Event
✨ Day One — Energy Cleansing, Healing & Channelling
Throughout the day, I’ll guide you through a carefully created journey of energetic and spiritual practices designed to work with the body, mind, heart and energy system.
We’ll use a beautiful combination of movement, breath, vibrational sound, meditation, energy flows and healing practices to cleanse the energetic body, quieten the mind, open the heart and bring you more deeply into connection with your own energy body and the energy from Earth and Heaven.
As the day unfolds, we’ll move from cleansing and clearing into receiving, healing and channelling healing energy — developing your connection with energy and increasing your ability and confidence to work with it.
We’ll explore how it feels to open, receive and channel healing energy, while deepening your energetic awareness and connection.
